We did it! #race4life

Last Sunday, 4th June 2017 we joined over 2000 women in the Race4life at Temple Newsam in Leeds. We had a team of super foods selling books to fundraise whilst we ran (sometimes walked) 5k for Cancer Research UK charity. We did this run in memory of my Grandad Nigel Ward to help stop people dying from cancer if we can and families going through what we went though 2 years ago. Our aim was to raise £300 and we have ended up raising £370+ and are still counting. If you want to here our story or sponsor us CLICK HERE

We were very proud to be mentioned on Heart Radio at 10:30am that day and were also spotted on ITV Calendar on Sunday night which was nice!

One or two Super Foods led the way ... after all we have a super sporty apple and a super strong banana on the team!
